How Adoptive Parents Are Selected
When you contact our law firm, we will meet with you to discuss the adoption process and your goals. Then, we will start the screening process to determine whether you are a good match for the birth mothers in our program.
Our Indiana adoption attorneys work closely with adoption professionals, such as investigators and social workers, to screen prospective parents. We also conduct interviews and help prospective adoptive parents undergo extensive background checks as well as:

- Financial assessments

Finally, we conduct periodic check-ins/supervisory visits post-placement to ensure that everything is going well for you and your new family.
Working With Birth Mothers
Our lawyers also work closely with birth mothers answering any questions they have about the adoption process and helping them choose a family for their children. No arrangements are made until the birth mother is completely satisfied.
